About The Beef
Because we pride ourselves in only producing the best quality of beef, we raise primarily Angus and Angus cross cattle. The steers are hand selected and grain finished giving the meat excellent marbling, tenderness, and flavor. The meat is processed and packaged at a USDA inspected facility.
Customer satisfaction is most important to us! After harvest, the beef hangs for 2 weeks to dry age, resulting in excellent quality and flavor-filled taste.
